Screen Shot 2021-05-19 at 10.14.17 am.png

Alice graduated from LaTrobe University in 2009. Her first job was based in the city with a large office worker clientele, where she gained experience in dealing with chronic postural conditions from desk-based work environments. From here she developed a strong interest in neck, middle and lower back pain treatment regimes and ergonomic assessments.

Alice has a strong sporting background and had a positive experience with physiotherapy as an athlete. Alice represented Australia in gymnastics after finishing high school, before, changing to distance running and triathlon going on to once again compete at an elite level. This sporting background allows Alice to understand and share a good affiliation with the athletes she treats.

Alice has used her experience with both spinal and sports conditions to follow her passion which lies in pilates and strength and rehab training. Having experienced a positive influence from pilates in her own sporting career, Alice is passionate about teaching the benefits of clinical pilates for fitness and injury rehabilitation.
