Meet Your Head Coach

I’ve been passionate about running my entire life, with a legacy that goes back to my great uncle, who raced against the legendary Ron Clarke. From a young age, I focused on mastering technique and consistency, knowing these are the foundations of success in distance running. Over the years, I competed at the highest level, representing my country at the 2010 World Uni Cross Country Championships and winning titles such as the 2011 State Mile Championship and Melbourne Marathon 10km. My personal bests of 3:49 for 1500m, 8:10 for 3000m, and 14:24 for 5km reflect my dedication to the sport.

In 2019, I founded Relaxed Running to share the insights and methods that have guided me throughout my journey. The 8-Week Running Challenge was created to give athletes a structured, supportive program to improve their running, no matter their experience level. It combines the techniques, consistency, and mental strategies I’ve learned over the years, providing you with expert coaching, guided runs, and a community of like-minded runners to help you reach your goals.
