Join National level runner and Founder of Relaxed Running, Tyson Popplestone at the John Landy Athletics Track for 60-minute small group running sessions from Wednesday September 25th 2024 - Wednesday January 2nd 2025 @ 4.30pm.
Each week, our small group (max 12 athletes) will work on the game specific styles of running required to take your game to a brand new level. With a specific focus on aerobic fitness, speed endurance, top end speed, agility and reaction time - our professional approach to improving game specific running requirements will see you take your game to the next level.
Sessions are suitable for boys and girls aged 12-18 of all fitness and competition levels. Sessions will be adjusted and tailored to each individual making sure we take a personal approach to improving your running performance.
