Benita Willis holds every Australian record from the 2000m all the way up to the marathon. She has competed at 4 Olympic Games, 2 Commonwealth Games and in 2003 won the World Cross Country Championships. She is one of Australia's best female distance runners of all time. She also happens to be great fun to chat with.
