Before I start writing any training for you, it’d be great to get to know about more about you, your running and your running goals. These questions below will offer me so really helpful information about how to put together a program most suited to you and your lifestyle. Feel free to provide as much (or as little) as you like.
Once you’ve filled out the questions, hit the link below. It will take you to training peaks which is where I’ll set your training plan. Feel free to add comments for me in the sessions as I’m interested to follow your progress and make sure we adapt the plan to take any unexpected obstacles into consideration.
