FAQ

How does the CHART work? +

We answer this in the CHART section of the membership.

Why am I being asked to join a program after I've paid? +

If you're on your iPhone or iPad, sometimes your settings will need to be adjusted to access all programs. Simply follow these three steps:

  1. Click on your iPhone Settings.
  2. Scroll down and click 'Safari'
  3. Make sure 'Prevent Scross-Site Tracking' and 'Block all Cookies' are OFF.

When do we do the CHART time trial? +

Do it before the first session level 1 of the Chart (scheduled for January 26). Take a 10 minute break after the time trial before starting the session.

I had an off night on my CHART time-trial. Can I do it again? +

Sure. Or you can adjust your CHART times based on how fast you think you're capable of runnnig the distance.

Are the training programs the same each year? +

No. We freshen up every season so you and your team have something fresh to begin. We don't want to offer you a stale generic program which never changes.

CHART is too easy, am I doing it right? +

Stage 1 is easy. Stage 2 begins to get harder. Stage 3 is very difficult. If you're just starting out, give it time.

Why don't you have a time-trial on your program? +

We have a time-trial to prepare for CHART, but we don't have a traditional 2km/3km Time Trial because they're overrated. We don't beleive they're an effective use of your time.

Do you have any agility running drills? +

No. If you want to incorporate agility work, either incorporate this into your drills or speak to your S & C coach about it.

Why are some days on the schedule blank? +

These are the days for you to do your own training or rest. Ideally, do your S & C work on day you're not doing CHART.

Can I run further than you've listed? +

If you're a strong runner and have no trouble going beyond 40-minutes, then go for it.

What's a 'running' and a 'non-running' player? +

Running player: A good runner or a player required to run the most throughout a game. Traditionally, think of a midfielder.

Non-Running Player: A player who isn't confident with their running or plays a key position (full-forward) and is required to sprint more than have great speed-endurance.

Does your training cater for women? +

Yes. These programs are designed for both men and women.

Has my account been suspened? +

If you have purchased an individual pass ($55/Year) and there are too many logins from various locations on the one username, we may have suspended your account.
