I’ve been passionate about running for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a family of athletes, (my Uncle Hank raced Ron Clarke!) it's fair to say running is in my genes.

At 14, I began training with Joe Carmody. He taught me about the importance of running technique and consistency in training. He believed that nothing beat consistency when it came to improving running performance.

Joe transformed the way I ran.

From here, I went on to compete in the 2010 World Uni Cross Country Championships. I won he 2011 State Mile Championship and the Melbourne Marathon 10km. I ran 3.49 for 1500m, 8.10 for 3000m and 14.24 for 5km.

I started Relaxed Running in 2019 to share the insights and strategies that work. Relaxed Running was a way to work with and share the methods that I’d had success with, with a larger audience from all over the world.
